The eSAT comic book, developed as a result of the visual storytelling youth training, aims to reach young people in the partner countries of our project. To achieve this, our association participated in several promotional events across Romania, spreading the message of the European Youth Strategy to as many young people as possible.
The target audience of the eSAT project includes young people aged 18-24. Since our comic book was released in physical and digital formats at the end of spring, we found it important to organize informational days for graduating students who will soon be attending university. Therefore, in the last month of the school year, three informational days were held at colleges and youth organizations.
With the end of the school year, our promotional events did not stop. To reach out to young people, two additional events enriched our program before the start of the academic year. The Tabakó Festival in Sfântu Gheorghe, held from August 29-31, provided a unique opportunity to engage with the 18-24 age group through daytime activities.

Following this, we were warmly received with great interest on September 17th at the Freshmen Camp of the Partium Christian University. Thanks to our eSAT project, the new university students are already aware of the opportunities available to them beyond the university walls.

With the start of the new school year, the graduating students of 2024 had their career orientation week as part of the School-Differently program to prepare for life after school. As part of this, we prepared a workshop about our eSAT project and comic book, which proved significant for the graduating students. Additionally, at the Ady Endre Theoretical High School in Oradea, between October 23 and 26, we engaged with over 100 graduating students, discussing the European Youth Strategy.

One of our final events was a roundtable discussion held at the Renewing Carpathian Basin Conference in Porumbenii Mici, Harghita county, between October 27 and 28. The conference not only provided an opportunity to reach young people from Porumbenii Mici and its surroundings but also offered a platform to present our project to other non-profit organizations, teachers, and youth workers in a professional environment.

Finally, in the first week of November, our project reached graduating students of the Wesselényi Miklós High School in Zilah with a school campaign and career orientation presentation.
During these events, substantial data collection took place through surveys, allowing us to gather valuable insights into young people’s perceptions of European citizenship and the impact of their participation in EU activities. The eSAT project’s open and controlled events were numerous throughout the implementation period; although our main activities are based in Nagyvárad, our team successfully reached various parts of the country: in Cluj, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Covasna, and Harghita counties, thus expanding the project’s impact.
