In the City Municipality Hall of Vidin, Bulgaria, between June 11-12th, the eSAT project recently held its final meeting with a blend of reflection on past accomplishments and charting the way forward.
The meeting kicked off with heartfelt welcomes and acknowledgments from NCSD, the hosting partner, honouring local volunteers and city officials for their contributing roles in the project’s success. Gathered around, partners and media representatives absorbed NCSD’s overview of eSAT’s journey, highlighting milestones achieved and challenges overcome.

During the meeting, the partners engaged in candid discussions, reviewing progress across various work packages and noting the project’s alignment with the evolving standards of the European Youth Together initiative. Amidst paperwork and strategic planning, the meeting resonated with the voices of volunteers, sharing insights on digital collaboration and the need for more personal connections in future endeavors.
Looking forward, plans were outlined for extensive dissemination efforts, including press releases and an internet marketing campaign to amplify eSAT’s impact across the broader public medium. The focus? Ensuring that the project’s message reaches young Europeans and underscores the importance of being aware of the opportunities the EU Youth Strategy offers.
As the meeting concluded, the eSAT partners affirmed their commitment to effectively implementing the upcoming activities, reflecting not just the conclusion of a project, but the continuation of its impact in empowering youth and fostering European collaboration.
